All About Heart of Hope

Heart of Hope is an extension of a nonprofit named The Addison Foundation. The founder of both The Addison Foundation and Heart of Hope lost a child due to stillbirth. It was during her grief process that she decided she wanted to honor her daughter Addison by helping other families.  Heart of Hope provides a supportive environment to everyone and anyone who needs it. We are proud to be a resource of comfort, compassion, and understanding. Our goal is to help you through your grief process.
